Review prior day’s performance and analyze vs. goals.
Review each studio’s calendar to determine how many Demo Stretches/Opportunities for Sales are scheduled for today.
Review the number of new leads that have been submitted for the previous 24 hours, and the percentage followed up with and schedule.
Decide if I want to visit a studio today, or scout new locations.
